Ultimate texas hold'um

I played BJ at one the casinos in Dover last Monday & Tuesday . Made a tiny bit of money $50 . I stopped at another casino on the way home & they had ultimate texas hold'um. My wife played while I played craps SH..t! I was ready to leave & on the way to her table ,I saw a stack of green chips about 5 inches tall & a gang of red chips . She had bought in for $100 & was playing $10 & hit a straight flush on her third hand , 3 of a kind on 4th, straight on her 5th hand. AM I playing the wrong game in BJ ,or can you win playing ULTIMATE TEXAS HOld'UM POGO
