units per hour

I don't have a blackjack calculator and Blackjack Attack doesn't have the information I need so I will be grateful if someone can figure this out.

What is the expected units per hour for a 4 deck game with "good" pen and hit 17, DAS with no surrender spreading 1-25 using KO Preffered or High Low since it is about the same?

Define "good penetration". Will you play all counts. zg

What I mean by good penetration is 147 cards are dealt out and I would play all counts.
147? Thats not good! I thought you were talking about a different game!

Actually I have one more question. What would my units per hour be if I bet 1 unit during negative counts and 25 units during positive counts? If I have 5000 units what would my risk of ruin be? Also what software do you guys use so I can get it too?

Just got CVCX....

Just got CVCX and I like it!

To answer your questions for KO preferred:

1 - win loss % - 1.089, win rate - 2.267, $/hr 2.27
2 - Not sure what units per hour is on CVCX... avg bet would be 5.258 with an RoR of .4 %

But be wary... I'm a newbie.

Let's assume a penetration of 75%. Anyone have a figure of units per hour with that penetration?

In the games he is describing, it would be easy to exit-wong. It probably wouldn't be that hard to wong-in either.

No it would be impossible. I was wondering if blackjack games in bars are profitable. If I could be $1 in negative counts and use no ramp and bet $25 in all positive counts would that be a good game? This is because I assume that $25 is the max bet that can be placed and that I could bet $1 min.

Why would it be impossible to sit out during negative counts? You could either make an excuse to leave, or just sit out at the table, it's really not that hard to wong-out. Remember, you dont have to leave the table entirely to wong-out. You can wong-out and keep your seat a variety of ways.

With 5k bank YES you can bet $1. and $25. Even up to 4-hands of $25 when the count is sufficient. You need to confirm that its a full deck. I can run the sim, but if the topBet is 2x 25 and the min is a dollar, and no ramp between 1 and 25 I would guess the EV to be $12/100 hands.

Can anyone do the sim and see how close I am? zg

It seems like making only 1 dollar bets or 25 dollars bets with no ramp would be obvious. If the table limit is 1-25, and you have a 5k bankroll, what would the betting ramp look like? (for KO, 4 decks) OR is it that much better to just bet 1 dollar and then 25+ in positive counts?
