Hi,

I've offers for room,f&b and promo chips from few casinos . I am planning a trip there. Since I'll be staying at one casino, so I'll fully consuming one of my offers. But I would like to use promo chips from other promo offers.
Is it possible to use only promo chips instead of complete package in offer? Are there any other value I can extract from unused offers?

Jeez, read the fine print. Rules are all over the map. Call the casino if in doubt, and I suppose you'll have about a 75% chance of getting an accurate answer that the casino honors when you show up.

Know promo chip rules before betting!

Know the promo chip rules before betting. If lose chips on a win go for an inside number on roulette. If you keep them on a win play blackjack with them. Knowing the rules can double there expected value.

Roulette is often excluded from funny chip play, but other bets with long odds may not be. It can happen that you're best off playing something like the hopping hard ways on the crap table. And the casino will love you for it.

Know the rules of the promo chips. I had promo chips that I lost on a win so I put my $5 promo chip on roulette inside number my number hit and I won a $175! The $5 chip was far more valuable on an inside number on roulette than playing it on blackjack. But some match play or promo chips are restricted to even money bets. In that case they aren't worth as much.

Based on my knowledge::

Chips lose on play(use one time) : Use at Roulette >90%EV
Chips which doesn't lose on action : They are CASH =100%EV
Chips restricted to even money payout with the match bet: This is like matchplay.. Use at 3CP ante
Chips restricted to even money payout, no match play required: This is like freeplay, use on 3cp ante bet..

Assuming chips remains with you on Tie. Even if don't, best game will be same. Am I missing anything?

Chips restricted to Even Money Payouts will still collect 3:2 on BJ. If I'm not mistaken. (I've done that anyway) The store looks at these as the original bet IS even money.. but you get the bonus on a blackjack. ($60.46 per 100.. generic rules)

EDIT: and also I believe a Promo Chip (you lose it on the win) you would bet on play bet in 3cp ... PC 532-k96 and use the real ones on a play bet for K97+ ( $73.15 per 100)

Quick math checks welcome :)
