Vegas NYE Deals?

I heard that during NYE, a lot of restaurants kind of convert their space into a bar-like floor, where you can get deals like all-you-can-drink for $70. Does anyone know of something like that, where we can get a good deal for drinks?

Yea yea, I know you can get free drinks at the tables; I'm going with family and friends, some don't gamble

I saw an all you can drink deal for $100 at the Venetian. But don't patronize that establishment...

Other than that, I don't recall seeing any deals.
