What is RFBL?

I asked my host the other night for 2 nights and he made a call and said he had hooked me up with "RFBL". Room and $100 per day for charges to the room.

I understand RFB, but what is the L?

Ok looked it up and the "L" stands for limited. But this brings up another question:

If I was "L" to $100 per day, do people with RFB get unlimited food and beverage? Because I have seen some bottles of wine...

I've seen some places that allow you to go anywhere you want that is non-gourmet. Some will give you a certain amount. I'd imagine that today it's hard to get an absolutely unlimited RFB, because you could hustle bottles of wine and liquor. I think I read that Bob Dancer (the video poker guru) got his comps cut off doing that once.
