Interesting. This would require some basic strategy adjustments. First, you would never double since this limits you to only one additional card without any reward (the doubled bet). The splitting strategy would be similar to (the same as?) the "rider" strategy for splitting. This is the strategy used by someone betting behind another player to decide whether or not to participate in any splits that the owner of the spot chooses to make.
