What is the house (or player) edge on this single deck game?

FOR THE RECORD this blackjack game isn't a real life game, it's found in a new video game called Red Dead Redemption. After playing around in it I've found the house rules are as follows:

1 deck, shuffle after every hand, S17 (dealer stands on soft 17), DAS, No Surrender, Peek for Blackjack(on ace only), when dealer has ace under a 10 card it counts as 21 NOT blackjack, meaning all blackjacks YOU get pay automatically vs a face. You can only split one time only, but with split aces you can draw, double, and if any of them get a 10 value card it pays off as a blackjack. All blackjacks pay 3:2.

1D, S17, DAS, NS, Split Once, Draw to Aces has +0.29% player edge according to WOO. Here is what I found on WOO for the other rules:

- Split aces and 10 is a blackjack: +0.19%
- Dealer 10 up with Ace underneath is not blackjack: there's a variation that says blackjack tie pays 3:2 which adds +0.32% edge. In your case, since this tie/payout situation will occur 4 out of 5 times, I think your upside will be +0.26%

So, we're looking at a total player edge of about 0.74%, which makes it a really good game. If Take 2 is paying the winnings in real dollars, it might be a wise investment to buy the game for 60 bucks :)

Thanks a lot brother, I made a BS chart for the gamers who like blackjack and I wanted to find out if we got an edge. Apparently we do...
