You can usually get into most high limit rooms and play for $100 minimum. Sometimes in the off hours, they will drop to $50. In the indian casinos near San Diego, they play a DD game, for $25 in the high limit room.

It really depends on how much money you run through a casino. My wife plays the penny slot machines and get all kinds of comps at Harrah"s. She plays three times a week, brings $200 to spend and usually comes home broke. So you see, you don't have to bet a lot on each hand, you have to run a lot of money through the casino. I am sure that if you played $5-$10 per hand for long periods of time, you will get the comps you want.
