If a BS player were to stay on all hard three card 16s, regardless of the dealers card, whats he giving up?
Same question except if only done against a dealers 10?

Well, at least against a 10 it's very little, since it's a borderline play off the top and you'd stand there on all + counts anyhow.

Well I can say this; if you were to misplay every composition dependent hand in a standard LV strip game, you stand to give up .0231% to the casino's house edge; about 2 pennies on every 100$ you spend.

I think that actually lessens the house edge ever so slightly, as one small card makes all the difference for 16vT.

Well what you are giving up with standing on 16 is dependent on the dealers card for instance if you stand on 3 card hard 16's with the dealers showing a 2-6 you are giving up nothing. If you stand against a 7 you are giving up 8% to 9% of the amount bet. If you stand against a 10 you are giving up nothing.

Well, for 16 vs 10 in an 8D game see

Almost nothing.

For the most part, generally, I'd say don't stand on 3-card 16's vs 7 thru 9 or vs Ace unless card-counting.

If a BS player, just don't ever stand on multi-card 16's vs 7 thru 9 or vs Ace.
