Whats the house edge?

I have found an interesting game but I can't seem to get the house edge on it.

2 decks used
DHS17
Double anytime
21 instant winner
Suited BJ pays 2 to 1 all other BJ's pay even money
DAS allowed
Split up to 4x

The rules are very liberal, and suited BJ's pay 2 to 1. Is the house edge really that great?

21 natural pays even money. Suited BJ's pay 2to1, dealer hits soft 17??? Draw to 21 instant winner?

Just off the top of my head, without doing any figuring I would guess a 1.8

house edge.

A carnival game.

I have re-read and see double anytime, so you mean double after drawing 3 cards, 4 cards? 1.2% HE, a guess with out doing some research.

Just of the top of my head it looks like a game that I would want to play all day long. I am no expert but I think the 21 instant winner would overcome BJ paying even money in the long run plus the double anytime would be a edge for the player. I also have no idea what the house edge would be.

Double on any number of cards - This rare Blackjack rule allows doubling down in almost any circumstance. Advantage of .23.

Looking at the Wizard of Odds website:

Suited BJ pays 2:1 +0.57%
BJ pays even money -2.27%
Double on any number of cards +0.23%
21 is instant winner +0.54%
Dealer hits soft 17 -0.22%

Overall change to OTT house advantage -1.15%
Thus, overall OTT approx -1.65%

If this analysis is correct then run the other way! ;)
