When the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing

Some time ago there was a Vegas casino going through an ownership change. New members of their players club had gotten a few coupons for years, one of which was a 2 for 1 blackjack coupon with a $100 limit.
I am playing blackjack at this casino and see a player with a couple of these coupons and he tells me he just went up to the players club and asked for them.
I go to the club, ask for the coupon sheet and they give me one, I tell them I am with a group of 5 people and they give me 4 more. Next shift, I do the same thing. The following day, I do the same thing at the club each shift. On the third day I repeat the process. Near the end of the third day a shift manager introduces himself (thought to myself, it sure took them long enough to give me the heeve ho) and asks me where I am getting the coupons from.
Kind of blew my mind, is this guy new or something?
First I smile and tell him I print them in my room and then I tell him the truth and that they are available at the players club.

I used 35 of these coupons over a 3 day period, resulting in $50 extra per coupon used or adding $1,750 to my profit.

I returned to this casino two months later only to discover the coupon is (as it was supposed to be) only available one time and to only new club members.

This was the second time that I was able to go on a coupon rampage within one casino. Just part of AP, keeping your eyes and ears open for surprise opportunities.

Another example:
Borgata had me ID'd as a "confirmed skilled player" (terminology I saw on their tableside monitor). They continued giving me weekly, comped suites for almost a year - until my Black Card status expired from lack of use.

Unmilkable

First off, the game was in Vegas and I would not return for a couple of months.
Secondly, I noticed another player doing this and followed his lead. Eventually a couple of people I played with figured out where I was getting the coupons and did the same.
The amount of coupons being shoved into the drop box eventually had to disturb even the most brain dead managers, the thing would have died quickly even if I had never showed up.

You might try to milk something in your local casino but I just do not think it would work for a similar promotion. You might try and milk it to keep the relationship you have with that casino good, and that is understandable. The problem is that your local casino is perhaps a place I or someone like me, goes to twice a year and we would know that the chance of the promotion lasting till our return is extremely low.
