When you can't wong..........

What are some strategies, tips, etc. that a player can use when wonging at every table is not practical? What are some things player's can do when they have to play when the count is negative due to lack of a large selection of tables to choose from or due to no mid-shoe entry?

I realize that a player could still wong at these places (no mid-shoe entry notwithstanding) but jumping in and out of tables every trip to the casino could blow a player's cover.

These tips could be useful for players who are in areas that only have a single casino in the immediate area.

a) Wong out on breaks, return at shuffle.
b) Play two spots in positive counts, and one in negative
c) Play two spots in all counts, to crowd out others (only if minimums don't cramp your spread)
d) Anger the table and empty it.
e) Get really good at negative count index plays.

Or just a very large spread. A large enough spread is just as good as Wonging. But it does attract even more attention of the negative kind, so if longevity is what you are looking for Wonging is a better bet. Very few casino people understand it. Look at how many counters don't even understand it.
