Which casinos has the highest betting limits?

The Atlantic City Tropicana has $25 to $25,000 blackjack tables and $100 to $50,000 blackjack tables in the High Limit room.

Do other Atlantic City casinos have as high or higher limits? How about in Las Vegas? Anywhere else? Macau?

You can definitely get a table with higher limits but you would have to set it up beforehand. Bellagio, Wynn, Encore...
