For the most part, what is your method of avoiding over exposure:
Do you have the tendecy to play at a bunch of joints for small sessions (30-60 minutes) and come back to the same joints every day or every other day.,
Or tend to..... play at a single joint for a bulky session - 6 to 10 hours with tactful, yet brief interludes during the end of high count shoes or when a pit boss/dealer seems to be sweating you - and only come back in about 2 weeks to a month?
Or ......Should you base the the rate in which you are winning or losing? This meaning that if you chalk up a lot of wins rather fast you take off to another joint, but if you are stuck in the red you stick around til things pick up or you have to sleep/retire?
I've sort of based my play style on the second and third one. I'll stick around for long periods and give of vibes of someone who is steaming if i'm losing, thereby getting more hands in with the moral high ground on my side. Of course if i'm winning, always rat hole my chips at opportune moments, and if a pit boss appears to not be knowledgable as to my winnings or just not the overly sweaty type, I will stick around
of course if i'm playing at a somewhat less than ideal SCORE game (something in 10-20% range of ideal playing conditions) i'll lean toward over-exposure/super long sessions, especially at lone tables, and many times even come back in a day or two - as a back off is not as costly. I'm also not a huge fan of compensating with a lot of bet camoflauge but will put on a good drunk act (can hold my liquor pretty well).
