It is perfectly legal, but the casino can take action against you if they want you to stop.

Who are these people who think that everything is "illegal"??? The casinos are offering the service of games of chance! We are not their walking ATMs! They do not have a "right" to win. No matter who has an edge over a game of chance, either person or party can lose! They are allowed to set the rules of the games. They are not allowed to tell you where to walk, how to talk, what games to play, how long you should play them--nothing! This is the view of the federal government and you should keep your constitutional rights in mind at all times. There are many people in powerful positions who are trying to take them away from you have been doing so for hundreds of years.

Even with reguards to state run casinos and Indian casinos, this holds true. By the way, states aren't allowed to run "real" casinos because it is unconstitutional. Many states have been trying get rid of Indian casinos and figure out how to run their own.

Freedom of Speech; Freedom of Assembly; Freedom from unwarranted Search & Seizure; Freedom to Pursue Happiness (to include the pursuit of wealth); These rights are inherent upon you by God, (thus, no Man can strip them), REMEMBER THESE RIGHTS, AS A FAVOR TO ME, I HAVE SWORN AN OATH TO DEFEND THEM.

Problem with your statement this is the year 2008 and not 1776. Big business wags the tail of the dog.
