In playing 21 with one deck off cards aND two people playing, in playing Blackjack with one deck of cards and two people playing what is the most black jack show up
Ken Smith. Is there any significance in blackjack when you have a black jack paired with a black ace, same suit? The question came up on the multiple choice question on Millionaire. ” With 8 decks in the shoe, how many black jacks are there? I guessed 16 but the answer was 32???
You don’t say what your minimum bet is. Is it $5? If so, you are doing very good. if its $10 or $15, your performance is less impressive. But it would be best to make a judgement after more hands have been played, such as 10K to 20K.
I have “offer insurance” selected and it does not offer me insurance. I have “Late surrender” selected and it offers me early surrender. Please fix this. 1,517 played: + $800.50. – Ken, can you also make it so that we can choose when the deck is shuffled? I want to cut off 2 decks and play 4/6 leaving me with 66% penetration because that mimics the game i’m going to be targeting.
We’re looking into this. We are actually looking to revamp the trainer at some stage in the future too so your feedback and suggestions are appreciated!
Since I sold the BlackjackInfo site in 2016, I am not involved in the development of the new version of the trainer. Your best bet may be posting on the message forums, where your comments are more likely to be noticed.
Hands played: 2,209: + 1,602.5 – Do I have an edge over this game? I am betting $5 using a 1-12 spread. $5 at any – count, +1= 15 +2 = 30 +3=45 +4=60. Also, the rules are 6D No insurance( It won’t let me. It’s a bug. I would take insurance at a tc of +3 of course) DAS allowed, can’t re splitt aces, late surrender allowed, dealer hits soft 17. The big problem I have with the game is that it doesn’t let you take insurance and the penetration is too good. They shuffle when 52 cards are left. How would my win rate be influenced if the deck was shuffled when it reaches 2 decks?
I don’t have a problem taking insurance. I don’t select the surrender option since the casinos I go to don’t offer it, but I doubt that difference affects the insurance option. If you want insurance, you put an insurance bet in its bet circle before you click on the continue arrow. On the other hand, the casino I go to most often puts the yellow “end of shoe” card about a deck away from the last card in the shoe, so I’m happy with the present operation of the program for a 6 deck shoe with regard to penetration.
That spread is definitely sufficient to beat this game. In fact, I would guess that your expected win is probably a little more than $2000 over the hands you have played, assuming a win rate of around one big bet per 60 or so hands. Cutting the penetration by a deck would cut your win rate quite a bit, perhaps as much as 50%. I no longer have a copy of Blackjack Attack handy to look up the effect. That’s the easiest way to answer your question without a simulation.
Do I have an advantage at a TC of +1? I was thinking of changing my betting ramp from tc of 1 = +3 units tc of 2 = +6 units, tc of 3 = +9 units tc of 4 = +12 units to this : TC of +1 = 1 unit TC of +2 = 6 units TC of +3 = 9 units and TC of +4 = 12 units.
One I do not understand. I am instructed to hit the 11 against an ace even though the dealer has checked that he does not have BJ.? Can anyone help me understand.

No significance.
A blackjack appears on average about once every 21 hands.
Update: 989 hands played- + 600.
Update: 1,116 hands played- +497.50. Am I looking like I have an edge over the game or is this sample size too small to be meaningful?

Lucky you. I wish I had a game with that penetration.
