2 Deck Variations - Hi-Lo

I'm trying to find Hi-Lo Basic Strategy Variations for 2 Deck (incl. surrender, hit/stand soft 17, etc). If someone can post them or a link, thanx

You do not need to learn different BS variations for each deck using Hi-lo. You only need to do that with unbalanced counts. There is a difference between S17 and H17 BS variations when the dealer has a 6 or A up. Also the Insurance varies by deck also. I posted the Illustrious 18 below they count for 75% of the advantage you will gain from BS variations.

Insurance for SD: +1
Insurance for DD: 2+
Insurance for all other decks:+3
12 vs 2:+3
12 vs 3: +2
12 vs 4: 0
12 vs 5: -2
12 vs 6 with s17: -1
12 vs 6 with h17: -4
13vs 2: -1
13 vs 3:-2
15 vs 10: +4
16 vs 9: +5
16 vs 10: 0
10,10 vs 5: +5
10,10 vs 6: +4
9vs 2: +1
9 vs 7: +3
10 vs 10: +4
10 vs A H17: +3
10 vs A S17: +4
11 vs A H17: 0
11 vs A S17: +1

The link below has different index generators you can use.

Thanks for the link. The generator gave me lower results for 10 & 11 (2 deck Hi-Lo):

10 v 10: +3
10 v AH: +1.7
10 v AS: +2.5

11 v AH: -2
11 v AS: -.5

I'd appreciate any late surrender numbers, if you have them.

Here is the four most important Surrender plays. Surrender if equal or great than the numbers below.

15 vs 9: +2
15 vs 10: 0
S17 : 15 vs A: +2
H17: 15 vs A: -1
14 vs 10: +3

Thanks. 16 and 17 would be useful as well. I have an old copy of Prof. Blackjack but there are no indexes for 17 vs A (H17), while Basic Strategy says surrender.

16 vs A S17: -1
16 vs 8: +4
17 vs 10: +11

I do not think there is published index number for surrendering 17 vs A.

surrender 17v10

Not that it is an important play, but I had a dispute with a friend curious as to when to surrender 17vs10 in an early surrender game (surrender not allowed vs Ace). He was arguing for TC4 where I thought more like TC8. Thoughts?
BW
game: 4 deck, H17, DOA, DAS, Early Surrender vs 10 only. The dealer does not draw a hole card but splits and doubles are returned on dealer blackjack.
