I've read about these devices before. They're about 10,000$ apiece. The ones for Multiple-Deck are called Multiple-Magic, and the ones for Single and DD are called, BlackMagic. They can tell you exactly, what the Dealers Hole-Card is over 75% of the time.

Beware tho, some Casinos may have Sophisticated devices to detect these kind of devices and some may "not" call the cops, if found using one.
