ace adjustment betting strategy

hi, everyone

what kind of ace adjustment strategy is efficient according to you?

for myself, I keep a separate count of the Aces, but this count does not change either my running count or my true count.

I just know the number of aces given and then I adjust my betting strategy according to the TC.
should I carry on this way or is that better to use an other strategy?

thanks in advance for your answers

au revoir

If you are using an ace-reckoned system like HiLo then keeping a side count of aces won’t help you very much. You might get a slight benefit from adjusting some of your plays (like doubling 10 and 11) but it really won’t help you very much. Unless there is a specific reason for side counting the aces (like a side bet or advanced strategy) I wouldn’t bother keeping the side count at all.

1. What system are you using?

2. How many # of decks do you usually play against?

3. How long have you been SC Aces?

I use "The Ben Franklin" system

I play with 6 decks (that's the only kind of game we have in my region)

In fact I have just been praticing the side counting for a few weeks,
basically, it is not a count as I use my feet to know exactly the number of aces which have been given (this way is easy, as I don't have to remember an other count, and keeping the count of aces is quite instinctive with this method)
