Mt. Airy has some issues both with management and clientele.
Being Mt. Airy does not allow backlining, the fact that they were trying to do it indicates to me that they were really trying to do something else. What was the race of these individuals?
I've seen the PC's hawking blacks at the BJ tables. Maybe it was because the bet-capping team at Mohegan Pocono was blacks, maybe it's just ordinary racism, or maybe there was really some reason to watch these individuals.
Be aware that in the age of cell phones it does no good to watch out for being followed out of the casino. The guy who has picked you as a target is inside the casino and doing nothing but talking on the phone to his partner in the parking lot, who will probably never enter the casino but who will be your assailant. These people have also been known to follow targets many miles from the casino, stage a minor car accident in an isolated area (real easy to do in the Poconos) and rob the target on the roadway.
In AC I've allowed a non-playing pest to remain at the table because he was blocking ploppies out of a seat and keeping the game fast, but most of the time you want to get rid of them, because you have enough to keep track of without watching for who is trying to steal your chips or pick your pocket. Somebody standing over your shoulder, then reaching into your play area, panhandling you or otherwise interacting with you is someone you want to get rid of ASAP.
