Beat "Match the Dealer" ?

I am aware of the odds for the popular side bet "Match the Dealer." Not so great.
However, has anyone tried to create/use a counting system that gives the player an advantage?
Would appreciate comments.

I think Jacobson published an analysis for SP21. It was beatable, but a waste of time, if I remember right, even with a count no human could do.

Jacobson is the guy to look at. If I remember correctly, there isn’t much EV with that side bet.
