I was just there last week. 6D, S17, DAS. Pen is mediocre, 1.5-2 decks. A couple of tables have Casino Surrender (this is not the same as late surrender- it allows you to take a 50% win with a 20 against a dealer 10. It has positive expectation at very high counts.) i need to know if bluechip has $5 tables, and NOT just in the morning, i need to know if they have $5 tables at like 10pm

I don't know about mornings, but I can tell you that Blue Chip definitely does not have $5 tables at 10 p.m. The lowest you will find is $10 tables. I've never seen anything lower than $10, but I've never been there in the morning, and the only afternoons I have been there is on weekends.
Each table has a little button right near the shoe box where the dealer is tapping the button before each deal.
So they are tracking your bets via RFID in the chips.
They also record what you are wearing. They enter that into the computer when they take your players card.

all the casinos in nw indiana are s17, da2, das, rs4, 6 decks (8 at majestic star, except for the high roller room)
