sorry to hear about the $140 .adt_33 said:(the following was posted about a week after thread started)
Also, no surrender. That hurt me three times.
I've touted my luck around in these threads for a while and now I've flown too close to the sun. I lost $140, mostly due to mistakes on my part (ie, trying to win back my first few losses).
(ahem) That loss stung. Damn you Blue Chip Casino!
It's not an Indian casino, it's a riverboat casino in northwest Indiana, a bit east of Gary (Chicago).Dyepaintball12 said:Where is this casino and is it an Indian Casino?
Holy shit wouldn't 90% pen be considered like a Counters dream?neemo6 said:6d, 75-90% pen,s17, das,resplit 4x, no resplit aces, mostly basic rules.
Well, I dunno for sure, but I think it would be a counter's dream, not considered like a counter's dream.Dyepaintball12 said:Holy shit wouldn't 90% pen be considered like a Counters dream?
I was just there last week. 6D, S17, DAS. Pen is mediocre, 1.5-2 decks. A couple of tables have Casino Surrender (this is not the same as late surrender- it allows you to take a 50% win with a 20 against a dealer 10. It has positive expectation at very high counts.) I roughed them up pretty good!adt_33 said:Just wondering if anyone knew the BJ rules there.
Good question. They never told me why I was barred. I think my biggest problem is that I stayed too long.toastblows said:what were the conditions that lead to said barring?
toastblows said::cry: interesting...no major betting ranges, like $5 and $500? Im thinking soon casinos will just take $100 out of your pocket at the door and ask you to leave.....thats "kind of" fun.
I have also heard they scan your eyeballs. Also if you have a drink they lift your prints. Any truth to it ?chichow said:Each table has a little button right near the shoe box where the dealer is tapping the button before each deal.
So they are tracking your bets via RFID in the chips.
They also record what you are wearing. They enter that into the computer when they take your players card.
