That's kind of my point. Unless you are really good a visually tracking packets, forget about any tracking. I've read George C's book on Shuffle Tracking and it is almost completely map based tracking. Not something i'd recommend.
For the most part the smaller the section you track the less likely it is to be split, so i find tracking against female dealers who are more likely to take 1/2 deck grabs preferable, but as i play mostly against 1 pass shuffles this takes much of the strain out of tracking. 2 pass shuffles make the whole operation a lot more tircky and a lot less profitable.
