Can casino dealers talk/met up with customers off hours?

I had a "favorite" dealer that I milked for quite a long time that really wanted to hang out with me, and worse, wanted me to play blackjack with him at a different casino since he saw that I was unusually (sometimes ridiculously) successful. He liked that I played like a crazy person but still managed to win. 
Had I only been counting, I would have been happy to have a beer with him, but .. no. Navigating having a good relationship with him (to ensure favorable conditions, and knowing his shifts) while avoiding getting too chummy was a challenging, but worthwhile exercise and learning experience.

I don't get the purpose of this line of discussion? Advantage players (<- just think about that term), are focused on and going to the casino to play with an advantage and make money, not looking for hookups. That is what bars and now hookup sites are for. I mean are you like 14 years old where your dick is hard 24/7 and thinking about sex every minute?beating vegas said:

Advantage Players look to beat the game in many different ways that are legal or can’t be proven to be illegal.
In the post the last sentence said “And did you benefit from it” I thought it was pretty clear.
The term benefit. As in did it give you an advantage in the game.
Also you don’t see me writing insults to you.
Like a person born with a extra chromosome would understand the question.

I'm married, however most of guys dealing look a little too old for me. There has only been one dealer, that I thought was pretty hot, and so far, he is my favorite dealer, not because he was hot! I had my highest trip win when he was dealing! He didn't give me any special advantage, he was just knew how to do his job, while keeping some players happy!

Anyway, we were getting heat from a young female pit boss. He started showing interest in her, asked what time her shift ended, then wrote something down on a piece of paper and handed it to her. She looked at it, walked away, and never came back to our table. I asked him what he wrote and he said it was his room number and to knock on his door. And no, she never went to his room.

LOL! So either way...I'll end up screwed! He had it made, either way, she went away but could've just as easily been knocking on the door! I wanted to tell you, I love the black chips matter!
