Neighbors? I don't know. Haven't met many yet. I have met one guy on another floor that lives there year round and plays poker for a living, but my early indications are that it is a parttime residence or second home for many people. Add that to the fact that half of the building is a hotel and well it seems to have a transient feel to it. People that are using the hotel seem to stay for many days or even weeks at a time though rather than just an overnight type place. It has been quiet during my time spent there.
Jason, is that what others here call you. My question to you is what do you see is the future of Las Vegas, casinos and real estate.

MGM City Centre and Las Vegas will need more patrons to servive. With the CC huge debt load and 12,000 employees will it survive in this market. If it doesn't the consequences for LAX will be unthinkable. What is your take on this.

Oh my godness, Mr T, I have no idea what the future holds. I am just hoping for a few good years before this town crashes and burns. lol I suspect City Center will survive, probably at the expense of some other properties though. But thats the way vegas goes. Keeps re-inventing and renewing itself.

As far as real estate, I am no expert, but it really seems like they have greatly over built and far exceeded demand. (which was good for me) Maybe they should take a year or two off from building residental units, especially condos and let demand catch up. Yeah right.
