I did it by going down to manage attachments and then clicked browse and then up upload. So you need it saved on your computer to use my technique.

Cipher, your posts are pathetic. Worse - if LC decides to click on any of the links posted by ZEN or others and report this, the rest of your life will be composed of a series of ever more painful reamings both legally and literally. You have no clue how deep the shit you're in will get.

Quite frankly I think this thread jumped the shark after the first half dozen or so posts and I hope Ken kills it. Cipher is a loathsome criminal as it appears, and I think LC and others who he ripped off would be better off not discussing facts in a criminal or civil case with anyone but their attorneys! Anything you say here can be twisted around by a defense attorney to weaken your case and diminish your chances of getting justice.

Yes, you're right, AutoMonkey. I believe the topic has run its course on here and the other boards. I believe it actually ran its course already late Saturday but Cipher kept on going and going....

So now the legal stuff will be worked out the next couple of weeks.

I have to agree that our forum is no place to make a case.

could you imagine being the judge, and reading these posts. or an attorney looking over discovery?

the interpretations of law... the manufacture of laws... the threats...



Cipher could do time over this.

after everything that has been revealed in these threads, there is still one question that has been bothering me. why, if you were as fat as cipher, would you post a picture of yourself next to a product you are trying to sell? i mean, it's disgusting isn't it? if i were as fat as cipher there is no way i would put a picture of my fat ass anywhere near my product, no matter how stupid the product was (say, for example, it was as stupid as cipher's software). it's just a turnoff to consumers. i mean, think about if you saw cipher's big ol belly next to a porsche on the dealer's lot. the image of a disgustingly overweight fatty would forever be associated with porsches. that's just bad marketing.

I guess I'm not surprised the number is at 200,000+, because if there are people dumb enough to fall for Nigerian email scams, there are certainly people dumb enough to fall for the Cipher Scam.

That is a good point, but you are overlooking one thing. Most Nigerians aren't as fat as Cipher.

There is so much bullshit going on in so many forums and so many threads that it's very difficult to keep up with.
There also seems to be many knowledgeable posters regarding the legalities in this particular situation.
But, even some of the posters are starting to debate each others posts.
I don't think that there is anyone out there that truly has a decisive answer to this problem.

I am looking forward to the final chapter and closing this book.
Hopefully with a happy ending for Tim Bell.
