Actually, MGM allows RSA and Trop doesn't it's a small difference of .07%. MGM=.26 Trop=.33

I agree with everything else you said. I've played the Trop a lot. As you stated, it is quite dealer dependent.

Yes, for years there was no RSA at the Trop but now there is on the shoe.

NYNY is face down. There is more heat at NYNY given that DD is only in the high limit area. I don't know if NYNY high limit room is still under construction. The did have a temporary area set up.
