Look up the concept of N0 (N-zero). It is the number of rounds required for your expected result to equal one standard deviation. It will vary by game, but is usually in the range of 10,000 - 20,000 rounds for a decent game. It is a reasonable meaure of how many rounds you need to play in order to approach the long run.kcchiefsfan1982 said:I know you could say any amount of hours....but, for me, the target I have in my head is 4,000 hours.

blues song to all card counters ....
So Xen, where do you suggest they play? It has to be all off strip or either downtown. It just didn't seem to me that there were very many low limit double deck tables for a red chipper. I guess $10-15 minimum bet is technically a red chip table but with any kind of spread, it's no longer red chip. More like lower green in my estimation. But I agree there are games out there to play. I guess I haven't found a proliferation of them yet.xengrifter said:Vegas is great for a red chipper, nearly 20 quality double deck casinos 4 nickel counters.
Yeah that should be an interesting trip...let us know how it goes.MJGolf said:So Xen, where do you suggest they play? It has to be all off strip or either downtown. Heading there again this weekend and beginning of week. Not sure what the atmosphere will be with Covid etc. MGM Resorts closing all their buffets after 15th. I would cancel to be honest but I have a friend who is ill I want to visit also. This will be an interesting trip. It kinda reminds me of traveling the first week after 9-11. It was definitely different then and I assume it may be this weekend, also.
