Changes are needed for the CSMs to be able to be trusted by the gambling public. When the casino chips have a RFID chip in them to track how much is being bet by a player (with RFID reader under the table under each betting spot) AND the CSM can internally read each drawn card, then you have the ingredients for the casino to analyze your betting strategy and the CSM can manipulate the drawing of the cards to further enhance their advantage- just like online casinos do.
When the public realizes this, there will be backlash against the CSM-drawn blackjack, baccarat and other card games. Just a simple change to the CSM will eliminate this problem: A modification to provide a two-deck mini-shoe in front of the CSM after the cards gone through the shuffling. This way the cards are seen to have gone through the shuffling and are not being manipulated in accordance with players' betting strategies. This can be for 4-, 6-, 8-deck tables, a constant 2-decks in a mini-shoe in front of the CSM as part of the CSM while the rest of the decks are being shuffled waiting to replace the drawn cards out of the mini-shoe.
