Basically it's an insurance count. This count requires a side count of aces for betting, which is usually more trouble than it is worth. This system was discussed on Arnold Snyder’s website about 2 months ago:

As it stands, the system is very poor. With the appropriate side count(s) is could be powerful but it would be pretty cumbersome. It might have some merit for pitch games, but for shoe games it would be a monster. You would be better off using a simpler system and playing faster, longer and with fewer mistakes.
