I enjoyed the tournament format, but I think I would prefer a max bet and 3:2 BJ. There were clearly people that were not giving any real consideration to proper bet sizing, though I watched some players at other tables that seemed to have a better understanding of the structure. I look forward to playing in more tournaments in the future.
I watched as one of my friends finished. The chip leader at her table had ~T-6900, only needing to bet the minimum to advance. To everyone's astonishment, the person bet it all on the last hand and lost. Crazy....
