Foxwoods reopening

Masks are no longer required at Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun with a couple of exceptions. They must be worn by those not vaccinated as well as by all employees. The non vaccinated are on the honor system.

Foxwoods has done away with the plexiglass barriers and the one way aisles. All spots are now open at the tables. Mohegan Sun still has the barriers which means limited spots at the tables. I did see craps and roulette tables with no barriers at the Sun.

Both casinos have done away with temperature checks and neither has security at the entrances. I spent about an hour at each casino earlier today and estimate about 75% of patrons were still wearing masks.

Same old, same old. Dealing 7/8 on the 8 deck H17. Nothing to write home about. My wife played a few shoes at Foxwoods while I stood behind her. (I'm back off there). I actually cashed her chips in for her. Yeah, I like to push it sometimes.

Thanks. 7/8 isn't too bad, at least there are plenty of tables to choose from and it's easy to move around. As long as it doesn't deteriorate. I may get out there in the summer, we'll see.
