How do I get these cheating thoughts out of my head?

This is the only flaw in my game and I'm not embarrassed to admit it. It's gotten so bad, I refuse to play and have refused to play a certain number of stores for the past year while I've been in vegas. Not to mention I could have also gone to Southern California and play, but I also don't trust Indian Casinos so I only went there once and never again. Some of these vegas and SoCal stores offer great backcounting opportunities as well so this paranoia has definitely been -EV for me if the games are indeed legit. It has cost me from getting more hours in and has just caused added stress. I just wish there was some way I could get some full transparency and just put this to rest once and for all. To name as few, here it goes. MGM, Caesars, Bellagio, Harrahs, Planet Hollywood, and Bally's. I just know these shady casinos make the rules in this town and run the courts, and we all know casinos are irrational, so the cheating is always in the back of my mind when it comes to the big time stores. Add in the fact, I do really well at pretty much every small store I've played at in my career or stores that are not in the MGM or Caesars chain.

If I could get this cheating stuff out of my head, I feel like my game would greatly improve as well as my results, but I just can't seem to get over it and I dont know why. Maybe this is starting to turn into an obsession because the more this lingers, the worse it's going to get for me. Blackjack would be so much more enjoyable if I just knew I was getting a fair game and can just let the math play itself out. As crazy as this thread sounds, it's really affecting me and hopefully someone has some ideas so I can just play a lot more relaxed and not think twice after a big loss or multiple big losses at the same stores. I've tried to think about it logically and went over different scenarios on why the game couldn't be rigged and that lasted for a while, but then the ASM clumping and ASM fixing B.S on these forums started getting into my head as well and I'm still not totally sold on my previous cheating theories. All of this is just adding unneeded stress and is making blackjack even more depressing to play. Being -1SD from EV is bad enough, this cheating stuff is just making it unhealthy at this point.

Lastly, this is all regarding SHOE GAMES since that is all I play.

This is actually the first non-crazy post you’ve made in a while. I’m glad you’re actually trying to overcome this problem as opposed to embracing it. Maybe just play low stakes at one Indian casino exclusively and see what your results look like after a couple hundred hours of play. Maybe that’ll ease you in?

You should either stop plying if you think you are being cheated, or play and keep very detailed records that would either confirm or disprove your allegations. The information needs to be information that would be useful for spotting cheating. That doesn't mean tracking just your results, which are far more subject to variance. Take regular breaks to record the kind of information a shuffle tracker might gather. The breaks must be frequent enough to record accurate information. You can play lower stakes in the information gathering process and a minimal spread if you are that uncomfortable playing there. Or you could just watch and record an audio of your narration of what you see.

Another idea is to see a good psychotherapist. They use a technique called cognitive behavior therapy which addresses dysfunctional thoughts, behaviors or emotions. That might help if you are willing to see somebody like that.

If your mind is telling you the casinos are cheating then they probably are. you are the Zenking and I believe the force has served you well.
I came here to shed a little light on the subject . I too thought the same thing 15 years ago and I would come home at night and cover every
angle in my mind. I read all these blackjack web sites. Nobody had an answer that eased my mind. Then one day as usual my intuition
led me to the answer I was looking for. It looked like the truth and it felt like the truth. So now I don't struggle with the question
are they cheating. I'm just Looking for a way to exploit it. If you and everybody else in the country new what was going on .... (after
throwing up in disgust a couple times LOL ) at least you would know what we are all up against. You would get past the demons in your mind.
I hope I stayed on point. This is the first time I have ever blogged. let me know where I need to go to shed some light or do I need to start my own thread. There are things people need to know that as far as I can see nobody has ever brought to light.
