You should have no problem at all playing black for 200 hrs /yr. That breaks down to two 2 hr. sessions per weekend. If you isolated even 25 casinos that handle black action with no problem, you could then rotate that list so you would only be exposed to each house once a quarter for a 2 hour period. At 2 units/hr, you'd need to play 100 hours a year of $100 blackjack to eek out a poverty-level living, 200 hours a year for a decent living. I don't see how this wouldn't be picked up by the casinos, especially since so many of them are owned by the same companies (even the Indian casinos).
