So if anyone here has no loyalty to duty and country, at least have some recognition of those Americans who do, defending us so we are free to play blackjack.

So without the current two wars, we would have no BJ to play? If the US invades more countries and kill more people, maybe we will have better BJ rules? Just a thought.

Also I do not understand why people keep linking supporting war to loyalty. To them, anti-war Americans are outsiders. Just laughable.

Thats utter nonsense. Do you actually believe any of what you wrote or is this more kaka along the lines of no white person will vote for Obama? Afganistan has been at war since 1979, The Taliban wasn't founded until 1994.

Afghanistan has been at war since much longer than 1979.

In 1979 they were at war with the USSR which quit showing up for battles after about 10 years, then briefly had a stable government under Rabbani, which disintegrated into a religious, predominately Pashtun faction (the Taliban) and a secular, multiethnic faction (the Northern Alliance.) In the civil war the Taliban ended up controlling about 90% of Afghanistan's area but was never recognized as the government of Afghanistan by the UN or by anyone but Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, and as I recall Yemen. But you knew all that already, right?
