Lowest minimum in San Diego?

After memorizing basic strategy I've started to try and learn the Hi-Lo method. I've practiced it for quite a bit but I have one problem. I'm only 18 and work a few hours a week so my bankroll isn't that big. I've been playing $5 6D at Barona, but I feel even that is too much money.

I was wondering if anyone knew any Casinos with $1-3 minimums and favorable rules. If so, let me know.

There are no places that I know of that have $1 or $3 minimum game. It would be a bad game all around anyway.
