Lucky Session!!!

I walked in the casino Saturday afternoon with $1,000.... Today I'm holding, including my bankroll, in my hand $7167.50!!! I didn't even think that was possible, and what a WAR it was!!! At one point, when I hit around $5,500 in winnings, I lost $1,000. I left, got something to eat, got gas, and thought about going home. I was tired, irritable, and I know I should've left... but I didn't. I went back and got the $5,500 to $6,167.50.... I think I'm done for the rest of the year, I've had enough Blackjack... It's gonna be a good Christmas, but I'm gonna be in a coma for the next week....

Thank you Renzey!!!

$1,000 in pocket, $15-$120 (1-8) bet spread, when I was up a few thousand, I went to a 1-9 spread ($240 max bet)....

I've seen my brother win $3400 in one night, but this was insane... I played around 24 hours, maybe a little less.... I won $2,000 by 11pm Sat. night.... This morning I went back, and by around noon, I was up another $4,000 absolutely nuts.... I have to stay away, I'm not giving any of it back before Christmas :)

Therte was no magic. He sounds like a hapless over-betting punter. (If his BR was only $1000) zg
A few weeks ago a friend of mine bought in for $200 on a DD we often play together, he walked after 12 hours of play with $14,400. The dealer was busting and he was winning like crazy, that is what I call magic.:) He worked his way to $200 a hand on a $5 to $200.

Rather overbet, but your spread was nice for a Wonging game. Good work! Remember that session when you have a really bad one.

Does your friend AP and if so what was his BR?

I may have been overly critical. Death, what is /was your BR strategy? Replenishable? Make of Break? Lifetime? Etc. zg

Zen,

He is a AP, 84 years old, his BR is non of my business, but I guess at least a quarter million$.

This is our home base so we have to be careful, they let us play, even though, we hardly ever lose. Nice of them, we appreciate it.:)

I've done something quite amazing... the beginning of the year I had about $700.00 to my name and no job. Not enough bankroll for a serious card counter. I flat bet $100.00. On a 6 Decker S17. I walked out that night with $4000.00 Next day I flat bet $100.00 again.. I walk out with an additional $2000.00 ... Next day I flat bet $100.00 again.. Make another $5000.00 Now I have a bankroll of about $11,000.

To win this amount was both a blessing and a curse. A curse because it inflated my ego. A walked in there a couple days later and lost $10,000 varying my bets up to a maximum of $500.00 and seemed I couldn't win a hand. Talk about feeling horrible. Of coarse I walked away from the casino for awhile.

I then got in to online sales. I made a few thousand my first month. Now had a bankroll of $3500.00 I went back to the casino. Sat down at the $50.00 table. Used only a 1 to 3 spread. Made about $1000.00 Through the coarse of about the last 6 months I've made about $15,000 more at the casino using only a 1 to 3 bet spread on a 6D S17 table. 9 of my last 10 sessions have been winning sessions.. and now have a total bankroll of about $22,000.

I know I'm very lucky to be where I am today, but one thing I'm sure that helped is that I was able to get away with sitting out on a lot negative counts

So my question is

Does he get to keep the money since he had no bankroll to start with.... Assume he takes the 7 grand and uses it the way it should be used. Like with a proper spread and a decent game.....
Is it real money ? Assuming that he doesn't just gamble with it like he did with the 1000.00.????
Always kind of wondered about that?? LOL
Nice play if i do say so myself IF IT WORKS.... If it doesn't ....mmmmm

Every session is a brand new session. I'm not sure if this is what you're asking, but just because he won big doesn't mean he's now expected to lose. This is the same as if he pulled $7000 out of the bank and just began.

love the magic

I love magic nights like the one you described. The only thing is,is when it happens to me it's in the low counts with min bets out. I love to hear sucess stories even if they may be short lived.

Actually, zen, I worked with Renzey on my BR and bet spread, and I deviated against his best advice because I'm stupid like that :bomb: Because everything was running so smooth, I got trigger happy.... The funny thing is the pit bosses are half asleep waiting to go home, the dealers are cheering you on for tips, and I used to work for the gaming commission, so I know most of the surveillance guys. Hey, you gotta run with it....
