counting stuff is hard
Its only hard at first. Becomes second nature with practice. Practice is the key. You need to know the basic strategy so well you know instantly how to play your cards without thinking. Its the only way to play and count. Its like learning to play a musical instrument. Cant be done (well) in a couple of weeks or months. I practice 1 hr a day at lunch time and about 1 hr evenings using Casino Verite, which is worth the investment. Do about half time doing flashcards and half playing, both using Casino Verite. I have been playing two years and I am just now getting good. I play at 6 deck/$5 table for real about 2x/month and keep careful track of gain/loss. I am up a modest amount but getting better results. I usually make money $50 to $150 is typical for 3 hr play. Not spectacular but positive. If it were easy everyone would be doing it. Shteve
