Memory exercises to retain this stuff?

Is there any memory exercises to help retain the count, my hand total, possible scenerios coming up where I have to make a Basic Strat decison? Sometimes my mind goes blank even after a long dealer payout. Are there ways to improve short term memory?

Thanks

A few months ago I was contacted by a group at the U of Mass to take part in a study on short term memory and ways to improve it. It has bigtime funding. After a long screening process, I was finally accepted. The study group consists of folks who can send and recieve morse code at 40 wpm or better and how it relates to short term memory. All findings will be made available to me once the study is complete.

btw - Ginko, Ginsing are good. I have been using Ephedra and/or Ma-Huang (from the Urumqi area of China ONLY. It's near the Mongolian border) with excellent results. Just watch the dosage.

You could also try and give yourself some hints. Play with your chips, using as many chips as the count is, with your right hand for positive counts and with your left for negative counts. This is really obvious, and can be picked up from the eye in the sky, but if your memory is that bad, you can consider it.

I've found it to be easier to take my chimpanzee along for that! zg
