Is this DVD mostly for beginners? If I already have the basics down, will this DVD provide any extra insight? Are there any "advanced strategies" covered?

It's targeted at beginning card counters, starting with basic strategy and moving up to counting and true count conversion. If you're competent at card counting, there's nothing new here.
