No peek on 10

If the casino does not peek for a BJ with a T up. Then assuming you dont lose any bets you make outside of the original then would there be any changes in strategy for this ?

You can use the basic strategy engine here. Produce rules for a european game, but then only use the strategy for vs 10.

Here's a hint, don't double down vs 10.

Also, they may not collect your double bets in this regime. For instance, I remember last year at the dinky Golden Gate, downtown, didn't have any sort of mirror or anything to check for BJs. So the dealer wouldn't check automatically. Only if a player proceeded to split or double down would the dealer check. And if he/she had the blackjack, then would collect all original bets and end the round.

There's a lot of weird possibilities.

NO! Don't use rules for a European game. He said "assuming you dont lose any bets you make outside of the original." That makes it equivelent to the peek rules. In European rules, you lose all bets including doubles and splits. This game, he should still use American peek rules.

eek. Misread. You're right. If you don't lose any extra money, it doesn't matter. It's just annoying.
