Player heat

No matter where I am playing if the running count gets up above 7 or so I like to split tens perhaps it gives away your game but it does pay good.

Apart from the house heat how do you deal with the idiots that get upset it they dont win and blame you at third base for splitting the cards.

They can get pretty nasty. I usually ignore them because if you explain it does not effect the outcome they are too dumb to listen.

Same thing..

I was playing recently and had the same thing happen to me. I was at the casino playing Bj and another counter from this message board was playing on the same table. The count got bad and I said I wanted to sit out a hand or two. Maybe change the rotation of the cards. When I asked to get back in, the dealer said no. The dealer called the Pc over and double checked. The other players didn't care, but the Pc stood firm and said no. O'well, it saved me some money! By the way, it was DD.
