Most truck stops have such a rule. I've taken many hundreds of showers at truck stops and no one has ever ASKED for proof (I don't have a CDL). But then again; when I go into a truck stop, I make it a point to look and act like a trucker.

Also; I have never been in a truck stop that did NOT have private showers. I'm not saying that locker-style showers DON'T exist at truck stops, but I have never seen one.
