As far as Exhibit CAA, the most recent book, that's a tougher nut to crack. I'm sure if you put your mind to it and are persistant, you can come up with a copy.

We are advocating a "JOINT PURCHASE AND PRIVATE SHARING" arrangement.
There was a thread here at BJINFO that also assessed the legalities and pricing, but I think some mis-guided yahoo mod may have deleted it.
