shuffling machine and card counting

My casino uses shuffling machines which are closed.Every hand goes back in the top.You even cant see how many decks are used.
Card counting becomes useless now i presume,because the decks are always shuffled.Or do they only shuffle the last decks?

it is useless to count against games that use a continuous shuffle machine (csm)
