It's more of the casino's fault for the enviroment with poor ventilation. Obnoxious smoker or anyone for that matter goes with the territory. I know alot of courteous smokers who smoke behind the table not at the table. We are a dying breed so when we are gone this won't be an issue anymore. Look if the Prez can quit smoking anyone can, right!

What i find interesting is the different levels of efficient air-handling amongst various casinos. The Horseshoe (harrahs) has bar none the crappiest BJ and the best HVAC for handling smoke. And the high ceiling certainly helps.
Diamond Jacks, with its low ceiling is a smokey dump. But the DD can be profitable.
As for gaseous emissions.... somebody pull my finger
