And CVBJ is correct. The exception allowed is the rule of 6 except 556. Hitting 457 against an X is a no-no and the worst 3-card 16 you can have. As long as we realize 2-card indexes are being used in strategy engines, we can err on the side of correctness, and not be penalized.
Also sorry for mudding up the thread. But the Dr. Pepper rule is 2-card and should by default be included as an option. There is another 3-card index that is rare, and usable in 3 or 4 deck games (Yahoo play games default to 3 decks 67% pen) that are S17. PM me for the index, and keep it private.
