You wrote earlier "Resorts was the highlight of the evening, but beware of poor penetration in the 6 deckers if you arnt backcounting." which is false.
I wrote no such thing! You may have me confused with Ferrotnparrot, who wrote that in his initial post in this thread. What I wrote (in post#4 of this thread) is that I agreed with you, Resorts currently has the best game in AC. I said they have had for most of the summer.

Please accept my deepest apologies. You are correct.
I thank you for that. I can see now, that it was just an honest mistake of mixing up posters and you ment no harm.

Just goes to show how variable conditions can be in AC. Resorts used to be a place most AP's would pass by. You've got to beat your feet on the Boardwalk a lot to find the best opportunities.

The WWW is a drag for most players but it's not bad at all for a SP21 guy.

I'm happy to do the 3 mile trek on the boardwalk as I look at it as welcome exercise. It also helps to keep you fresh as you shouldn't be playing imo at a table without taking a 15 min+ break every few hours.

Every few hours ..yes. you should take a break. Problem with AC is there is there is exactly 1 decent playable game on the north end, (resorts) 2 decent playable game in the middle (trump plaza if ya can stand the ganster atmoshere ans ceaser if ya can meet the table minimums) and 1 good game on the bay (borgata). that leaves a lot of travel time in between wheather it be jitney, cab, casino shuttle or walking. :( you will notice I didn't mention the south end and for good reason. Hilton has a playable game, but they are way too paranoid. almost like downtown vegas. plus walking the boards isn't all that safe from sept -april

IMO, Trop has a better game right now than TP. I also justify the walk by collecting my matchplays, cash and other bonuses along the way so in terms of EV it isn't so bad. Right now, there isn't much use in taking the extra time in going to the Borgata. Not sure I'd say Caesars is playable as the 8 decks and H17 rule with not so great penetration last I checked kind of does it in for me. Maybe it's better in the high roller room but I prefer to play outside of there.

I should have been more specific, i saw one dealer cutting 2-2.5 decks off, the rest were doing about 1.25 average, but you gotta watch out for the one girl.
