Yes, variance is a bitch at times BUT you are losing at a rate of $200 / hr. ?

That is extreme unless you are impulsive enough to be betting black at a game that is yet new to you.

I'm playing blacks

After practising on my laptop, I moved to casino with small spread. After playing small spread for 35hours, I was ahead 5k (EV= 30$+ per hour) and then I moved to heavy green (EV=120+$per hour).. Got three terrible sessions and lost most of it.. I am not worried about 10k losses and understand the variance.. I'm 12k ahead EV on my blackjack game. So, overall am well on EV. I just posted the results to aware the audience about losses in the game. It can be because of:
1) Bad variance
2) My inability to calculate true count while dealing with large -ive numbers
3) My bad deck estimation
4) My long sessions

In all my losses, count ended as expected.. All high cards did came before the end of shoe but at wrong places.. Well, I'll post my results after scoring another 50hours and then will see where I am. Once again, neither I am not concerned about my losses nor about my game. I posted for the interst of public..

Running a slight negative on it. Not my game of choice but the book is excellent and SP conditions are superior to BJ in many ways. The only negative to the game is the lack of supporting theoretical work not related to counting. Early surrender strategies, top card values, next card and hole card strategies have not come to print. Im not sure if there's a sim program for it or not.

5 Months since above post. After a losing 2009 on this game it is right now my top earner in 2010. Can't undo my poll vote but you can stroke a down and add an up.

Nicely done, congrats man. I have had similar results.
