Well, that settles it. The best place for APs to live is Canada from where they can launch attacks over the border and return safely to their tax free haven. There must be a fly somewhere in the ointment. How much is your income tax in Canada?

I'm sure a lot higher than USA.

Not bad, but don't you have VAT taxes as well?

One of the issues here is that if we do go to a VAT or National Sales Tax, we need to repeal the income tax (16th Amendment) first. You guys are getting screwed to have to pay both. But that's the price of state supplied services like health care I suppose. I wonder how long before someone proposes having both here, too.

It doesn't matter if your winnings are from a casino on Mars. If you live in the US, you must report them truthfully on your 1040 and state tax returns (if your state has one). Now an indian casino, I'd assume, follows all the laws that commercial casinos in the US do as far as forms such as W-2G's and CTR's are concerned.

Yes, just follow the example of your Secretary of Treasury (and thus the IRS) and other high government officials. Or should I say, don't follow their example, er... uh... that doesn't sound right? You know what I mean.
